Telephone Lines

As an Approved BT Openreach Communications Service Provider we are able to supply analogue, ISDN 2 and ISDN 30 lines as well as SIP Trunks and VoIP links.

We will advise on the most suitable lines for your individual requirements, and arrange installations and look after the on-going maintenance as part of the line rental package.

Analogue lines are used for traditional Voice Traffic as well as Broadband, RedCare Security Alarms and Credit Card machines, as well as many other communications devices.

ISDN 2 lines come in pairs of channels and are ideal for Companies who use a telephone system and would like the digital facilities of Direct Dialling In (DDI) numbers and external call transfer.

ISDN 30 lines come with a minimum of 8 channels and offer a more convenient and cost effective line set-up for larger Companies.

SIP Trunks connect to the Public Switch Telephone Network using VoIP technology and enable telephone numbers to be moved to another Geographic location. See our introduction to SIP here >>
