All of our standard ADSL Broadband circuits (Leased Lines and other specialist services are available) are Business Grade Rate-adaptive services which offer the best possible speed and performance attainable with the maximum speed determined both by the Telephone Exchange technology available in your area, the current phone line conditions and cable distance from the Exchange.

The three main types of ADSL Broadband available currently in the UK are ADSL Max , ADSL 2+ and FTTP (Fibre-to-the-cabinet)

Launched in 2006 ADSL Max has a maximum speed achievable of up to 8Mbit/s Download and 832Kbit/s Upload.

Launched in 2007, ADSL2+ extends the capability of basic ADSL by increasing the number of Downstream Bits enabling potential Download Speeds of up to 24 Mbit/s and Upload speeds of up to 1.4Mbit/s.

Launched in 2011 Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) Broadband typically runs at approximately 40MB's and uses Optic Fibre cables to your nearest (Green) Cabinet and is currently the fastest and best ADSL Broadband service available in the UK.

Enhanced care: The standard care level for Business Broadband gives 48 hour fault response time for all broadband problems (including speed, loss of service, intermittent connections and/or sync issues). This does not guarantee that a fault will be resolved within 48 hours, only that you will be provided with an update on steps taken to resolve the fault every 48 hours. Enhanced Care offers a priority service level for any business customers needing extra peace of mind. It includes a 1 hour initial response and a 24 hour guaranteed fault resolution for faults raised Mon-Fri between 8am-8pm. If this option is of interest then we suggest that the analogue phone line on which the Broadband is connected, is also upgraded to Care-Level 4 which provides 24/7, 365 days per year, 6 hour Fault Clearance phone line maintenance cover for £4.95 pcm.

Max Premium: 20CN services are provisioned on technology called IPStream ADSL Max and IPStream ADSL Max Premium. Max provides speeds up to 8Mbs downstream and 448kbps upstream. The Max Premium upgrade increases the upstream speed to 832kbps, effectively doubling the upstream capacity of your broadband line. Max Premium also offers a higher priority over the BT Wholesale Broadband network, providing a better quality of service, especially at peak times.

Elevate: Only available on ADSL 2+ services. Elevate is a product which delivers QoS across the network, especially during peak periods and fully complements the existing intelligent traffic management, ensuring prioritisation of time sensitive network traffic at all times.

Annex M: Only available on ADSL 2+ services. Annex M increases upstream bandwidth from up to 1.3Mb/s to 2.5Mb/s by reducing the downstream capacity. A vital element for businesses especially where upstream is key and particularly useful for improving the number of concurrent VOIP calls or fast completion of online back up routines, file transfers between sites and remote access to CCTV solutions

Static IP Addresses: Used to create a public presence on the Inernet and are free of charge.

IT Installation: We also offer complete installation and maintenance support services including the delivery and installation of routers & firewalls to ensure that your network is protected.

In addition to our broadband products we offer domain name registration and hosting packages that include full support of both hosting and email services.
